5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days following receipt of the product, without the need to provide any justification.

5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).
5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in its original packaging.
5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 7 business days.
5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of used, damaged, or unjustified products.
