About Returns

Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories, and must be properly packaged.
  • The product must have been handled with care, with no damage caused by improper use.
  • If the product involves hygiene-related considerations, it must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • If the product was received defective, this must be verified.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, they will be officially approved within that period.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns of used or damaged products if the issue is not due to an error on our part.

How do I process a return?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return:

Send an email to: support@aucklands-finest.com

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
  • Your full name
  • Address

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the package to the sender. It is essential that you contact us first to receive the correct address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

All returns must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
