About Shipping

We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, the order will be delivered within an estimated 7 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to one of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
• Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient
• Failure to respond to the courier’s redelivery attempts when such option is offered

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Note:
In some cases, carriers may offer a return option. If redelivery is rejected or not arranged within the time frame set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
